Hello forum, I signed up for Intelius and now want to cancel. The process seems confusing. Can someone explain the easiest way?

I’ve cancelled Intelius a couple times myself (testing for reviews, not because I’m paranoid lol 
). Here’s the easiest route:
Log into your account, go to My Account section, then find Membership Details. There should be a “Cancel Membership” link. Follow the prompts—they’ll try to keep you with discounts, just decline and push through.
If that doesn’t work or you can’t find it, call their customer service directly. Number should be on the site. Phone is honestly faster sometimes.
Pro tip: screenshot your cancellation confirmation! I always do this with any subscription service just to be safe.
