My take: it works for basic background checks, but don’t expect 100% accuracy. Also, watch out for those auto-renewals. Set a calendar reminder to cancel if you’re just trying it out 
I’ve found BeenVerified slightly more user-friendly, but Intelius has a decent database. Really depends what you’re looking for.
